Ingredients

  • Water - 16-24 oz / 500-750 ml
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Ground Coriander - 2 tsp / 10 g
  • Chinese 5 Spice Powder - 1-2 tsp / 5-10 g
  • Salt/Fish Sauce - to taste
  • Packaged Chicken - 5 oz / 150 g
  • Rice Noodles, thin - 8 oz / 240 g
  • Broccoli - 8 oz / 240 g
  • Lime - 1

Steps

1. Chop broccoli, if needed
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add water, spices, salt/fish sauce, chicken. Boil
4. Add noodles. TURN BURNER TO MED/LOW
5. Simmer until noodles almost done
6. Add broccoli
7. Cook 1-2 min
8. Garnish with lime, chili, sauces or veggies
