- Oil - 2 TB / 20 g
- Packaged Chicken - 5-7 oz / 175 g
- Roasted Red Peppers - 6 oz / 200 g
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Smoked Paprika - 2 tsp / 10 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Water - 16 oz / 475 g
- Instant Rice - 2 C / 450 g
- Snap Peas - 1/4 C / 25 g
- Lemon - 1
Steps
1. Chop red pepper, snap peas
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, chicken, red peppers, garlic, paprika, salt.
4. Stir. Cook 2-3 min
5. Add rice. STIR
6. Cook 1-2 min
7. Add water. STIR. BRING TO BOIL
8. TURN OFF BURNER
9. Sit for 12-15 min
10. Add snap peas, lemon squeeze. Stir
