Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g
  • Packaged Chicken - 9 oz / 275 g
  • Garlic Cloves/ Garlic Pwdr - 2 / 1/2 tsp / 2 g
  • Chili Flake - pinch
  • Salt - to taste
  • Instant Rice - 1 C / 90 g
  • Water - 8 oz / 225 ml
  • Lemon/Rice Vinegar - 1/2 / 30 g or 1 TB/10g

Steps

1. Chop garlic if needed
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, chicken, garlic, chili flake, salt, rice. Stir
4. Cook 1 min
5. Add water. Stir. Boil. Cover
7. TURN OFF BURNER. Sit 10 min
8. Fluff rice. Squeeze lemon or drizzle vinegar
