Ingredients
- Olive oil - 2 TB / 25 g
- Canned / Packaged Chicken - 5 -7 oz / 200 g
- Garlic - 2 clvs
- Shallot - 2 pc
- Water - 32 oz + 1/2 C / 1 L
- Chicken Bouillon Cube - 1
- Dijon Mustard packet - 1
- Biscuit Mix - 1 C / 125 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
Steps
- CHOP garlic, shallot
- HYDRATE biscuit mix w 1/2 C water
- TURN ON BURNER: Med heat
- + olive oil, Chicken with water, garlic, shallot
- STIR. COOKS 2-3 min
- + 32 oz water, bouillon cube, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper
- STIR. COOK 2-3 min
- TURN BURNER TO LOW
- SPOON biscuit mix into pot, golfball size.
- STIR SLOWLY
- COOK 2-3 min until dumplings cooked
- EAT

Great with fresh Peas, Corn or other vegetables!
