Steps
1. Chop peppers
2. Open chicken, salsa
3. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
4. Add peppers, chicken, salsa, water, salt
5. Stir. Bring to boil
6. Add rice. Stir
7. TURN OFF BURNER. Sit 10 min
8. Add cilantro when done
9. Garnish w/ lime wedges
