- Red Bell Pepper - 1
- Green Bell Pepper - 1
- Shallot or Green Onion - 2 / 1/2 bunch
- Packaged Chicken/Fake Meat - 5 oz / 150 g
- Water - 2 oz / 60 ml
- Sriracha - 1+ tsp / 10 g
- Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp / 3 g
- Ketchup Packets - 3-4
- Salt - 1/2 tsp / 3 g
- Cashews - 1/2 C / 60 g
Steps
1. Chop veggies
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add all but cashews
4. Stir. Stir. Cook 4-5 min until incorporated
5. Add cashews. Stir
5. Sit 1-2 min
