This was a fancy combo I created on a day-hike around San Francisco. It celebrated what was fresh and local at the time.

Ingredients

  • Bread/Rolls - 4 slice

  • Artisan Brie - 4 oz / 110 g

  • Artisan Salami - 6 oz / 175 g

  • Fruit - 1-4 based on fruit

  • Olive Oil - 2 TB / 25 g

Steps

1. Slice cheese, salami, fruit
2. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
3. Add oil, bread
4. Toast bread, both sides. Reserve.
5. Layer toast, cheese, meat, fruit
