Ingredients
- Oil - 2 TB / 50 g
- Instant Rice - 3 C / 450 g
- Jerky/Summer Sausage/Landjaeger - 3-4 oz / 113 g
- Dried Fruit - 1/4 C / 20 g
- Coconut Milk Powder - 2 TB / 15 g
- Salt - to taste
- Powdered Eggs - 1/2 C / 70 g
- Water - 20 oz / 590 g
- Soy Sauce - 3-4 packets
- Green Onions - 1/2 bunch
Steps
- Chop meat, fruit
- Turn on burner: Medium heat
- Add oil, rice, meat, fruit
- Stir. Toast 1-2 min
- Add water, coconut milk powder, salt, eggs
- Stir. Bring to boil.
- Turn off burner
- Cover. Let sit for 5-7 min
- Stir. Add soy sauce, green onions if desired
