- Grain Mix, precooked - 16 oz / 500 g
- Bacon, precooked - 4 oz / 100 g
- Avocado - 2 pc
- Tomato - 1-2 pc
- Spinach or Kale - 4 oz / 110 g
- Olive Oil - 1/4 C / 100 g
- Rice Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g
- Salt - 1tsp / 5 g
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp / 2 g
Steps

- CHOP avocado, tomato, spinach/kale (if needed)
- MIX grain mix, bacon, avocado, tomato, greens, olive oil, rice vinegar, salt, black pepper
- SIT for 5-10 min
