Ingredients
- Water - 32 oz / 1 L
- Black Ramen Noodles - 10-20 oz / 300 g
- Soy Sauce - 2 TB / 25 g
- Black Vinegar - 2 TB / 25 g
- White Miso Paste - 1/4 C / 50 g
- Cauliflower - 1 C / 325 g
- White mushrooms - 6-8 / 150 g
- Black Sesame Seeds - 1 TB / 10 g
- White Sesame Seeds - 1 TB / 10 g
Steps
1. Chop veggies
2. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
3. Add all ingredients except sesame seeds
4. Stir. Boil.
5. Cook until noodles done
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
