Red Bell Pepper - 2

Pinto Beans - 1 can ( 15 oz/ 425g)

BBQ sauce, your fav - 8 oz / 240 g

Cabbage, small head - 1

Mayo Packets - 6
-
Mustard Packets - 3
-
Honey Packets - 2

Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/4 C / 60 g

Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
Steps
1. Chop shallot, pepper, cabbage
2. Mix mayo, mustard, honey, 2 TB vinegar, pinch salt
3. Mix sauce w cabbage. Reserve
4. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
5. Add shallot, pepper, beans, bbq sauce, 2 TB vinegar, salt
6. Cook 5-10 min. Stir. Stir
