Ingredients

  • Shallot - 2

  • Red Bell Pepper - 2

  • Pinto Beans - 1 can ( 15 oz/ 425g)

  • BBQ sauce, your fav - 8 oz / 240 g

  • Cabbage, small head - 1

  • Mayo Packets - 6

  • Mustard Packets - 3

  • Honey Packets - 2

  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1/4 C / 60 g

  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g

Steps

1. Chop shallot, pepper, cabbage
2. Mix mayo, mustard, honey, 2 TB vinegar, pinch salt
3. Mix sauce w cabbage. Reserve
4. TURN ON BURNER: MED HEAT
5. Add shallot, pepper, beans, bbq sauce, 2 TB vinegar, salt
6. Cook 5-10 min. Stir. Stir
