Ingredients

  • Water - 32 oz / 1 L
  • Peanut Butter/Nut butter - 1/2 C / 118 g
  • Ground Ginger - 2 tsp / 10 g
  • Garlic Powder - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Cayenne Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - 1 tsp / 5 g
  • Peanuts/Nuts - 2 oz / 56 g
  • Instant Sweet Potatoes - 3.25 oz / 92 g
  • Sumac - 1 tsp / 5 g

Steps

1. TURN ON BURNER: HIGH HEAT
2. Add all ingredients except potatoes, sumac
3. Stir. Boil. Cook 1-2 min
4. Add sweet potatoes. Stir
5. Cook 1-2 min
6. Sprinkle sumac
