Outdoor Eats Guided Trips 2025

Hey All! We are trying something new in 2025 and I would like you to be part of it.  We have been working with some fun destinations for OUTDOOR EATS GUIDED TRIPS in 2025.  The destinations we have planned are truly bucket list trips that are once in a lifetime experiences. And this is an exclusive, limited opportunity to explore with me, Chef Corso and the Outdoor Eats community.

Where are we going?

What is an Outdoor Eats guided trip?

Each trip is run and organized by an experienced tour company, unique and completely custom for Outdoor Eats. Think of it like a classic guided adventure with local guides showing us the best spots in the cities as well as off the beaten path trails. Throughout each trip, we will stop, set up an outdoor cooking station and cook together.  I call these “Community cook meals.”  Recipes created on the fly with local ingredients for a rustic, tasty meal that will be super special to the area, cooked in a beautiful setting.

Each trip will have a moderate amount of activity (we aren’t going on death marches everyday) but you need to be in good physical shape and be used to being active.  These are not bus/segway tours.  We are getting outside and exploring!

So this is an invitation to join me and other members of the Outdoor Eats community to share a wonderful experience together.  Adventuring, learning about the local ingredients and food culture, eating and cooking together along the way. These are MAKE IT HAPPEN TRIPS.

We need at least 10 people for each destination to run the trip and make the costs approachable for everyone.  If you are interested in any of these trips, please email me directly eatwell@outdooreats.com with interest.

After we gather some responses, we will work on the next steps for down payments and travel details. Basically, I want to do a soft launch of this program in 2025 to you and anyone you think would be up for an adventure.  So if you can’t make these dates this year, no worries.  But if you have a friend or family member that would be interested, please share with them.  WE NEED YOU to make these trips happen.

This is a great way to explore some beautiful places, connect with other members of the Outdoor Eats community, meet me (yes, I will be attending all of these trips), eat some amazing new foods and share the whole experience together. I can’t wait to explore the world with you all.  This is going to be super fun!If you have any questions, please email me directly at eatwell@outdooreats.com. Please note which trip you are interested in and how many people. Cheers!
