
Easy, light-weight flavor
Eating well on the trail doesn’t have to be hard. It’s also doesn’t have to be heavy. Here are a couple ingredients that I pack consistently to help create great meals outdoors.

I know you all have a drawer full of soy sauce, hot sauce and countless other flavors of packets.
Pack them up in a ziplock or toiletry bag. They are perfect for cooking for 2 people so you don’t have to take a whole bottle of liquids or hot sauces. Just be sure to pack them out!
